Perfect Laptop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my laptop for both work and home. It allows me to seamlessly transition between the two. It is pretty fast and modular. The foldable feature allows me transition to a tablet mode and I can draw with the pen.

Great computer for travel - love tablet mode

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Book 2 Pro 360 since it was new, marking my first switch from Toshibas and Asus laptops. I loved the flexibility of the tablet mode (which my last Asus had, but with a lot more weight). It's very easy to travel with, has plenty of battery life, and a great feel. The screen is fantastic for work, editing photos and videos, and watching movies.
After my Book2 suffered a cracked screen from a rough trip I was reimbursed a good part of the cost from a Samsung warranty and a while later decided to put that toward the Book 5. I missed the fun colors available for the Book2, since it made it easier to pick mine out in a crowd, but the fast performance more than makes up for any disappointment. I am sold on Samsung computers now and imagine my next will be a Samsung too. The interoperability with my phone and tablet is also a plus.
I haven't had much time to check out Galaxy AI functions yet, but am so pleased with how they work on my phone I expect to love it here too.

Honestly, this laptop is a disappointment. Even after upgrading to an Intel Core Ultra 7 and more RAM, it still lags on basic university websites like Canvas. It’s not even a month old, and it already feels unreliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new Galaxy Book is absolutely amazing! It's very high quality, and it is the perfect size. It's lightweight, and yet it still has a heft to it that makes it feel like it's worth the price. The screen is absolutely amazing! Streaming videos are so crisp and clear, and the speed at which it processes tasks is amazing! I've used Galaxy AI a few times, and I really see how it is a game changer. The keyboard is very nice, and having the numeric keypad is an added bonus. I also love the fingerprint reader to unlock the computer. I haven't used the touchscreen very much, but it does seem to be responsive. I've used the S Pen a little bit, and while I wish there was somewhere to store it like on my Galaxy Ultra phone, it is nice that it has a magnet in it to keep it in place. I also am currently looking at Samsung SD Cards to expand my storage. It has the ability to add a MicroSD Card, and I'm thinking of encrypting one and using it for secure file storage that is never removed. Overall, I really enjoy using my new Galaxy Book everyday. I had the original Galaxy Book Pro, and I used it until it literally died on me after about 6 years, and it was a great computer the whole time I had it. So I expect great things out of this one. Who knows, when I'm ordering my next one, they'll be on Galaxy Book 10! Haha!
Also, if you purchase this computer, try not to let the battery completely die on you.

I love this thing

Has plenty of power on a slim frame, battery life is good for a day of work, it charges super fast , I give it a 10 out of 10. I'm even abke to play some video games which I did not expect to be able to do so well on a laptop like this

Light Weight, No Issues

Great display but not strong enough

Good performance, great display and battery but not strong and durable, I took a very nice care of it I bought a strong bag to keep it secure and I never experienced sudden falls or through but still for some reason the screen started cracking, this is my 5th month of using it and the screen has cracks may not strong enough.
