This is an awesome laptop. The screen is top notch quality, very quiet, great sound, numeric pad, light as feather, I just love it.
Ignore the other negative reviews, they obviously don't know how to use a Windows computer.

Poor performance

Burns through the battery when it's fully off. When you start it up from sleep mode it's super slow. The screen is great but rhe battery and the performance makes this not worth it.

Screen Spontaneously Cracked

The screen is a big issue. My 16" Book5 Pro screen spontaneously cracked sitting on my desk. Nothing was even touching it when it happened. Completely unexplainable. Possibly a thermal expansion issue from what I have read online. I just bought it new in December and it was only 4 months old. Still in immaculate condition, never dropped, bumped, or anything.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All great except the mouse pad since day one.

It worked wonderfully.
This one came with windows 11.
Love AI and wish it would merge with my galaxy phone. I have that one tuned into all I need from it, so far.
Copilot likes to occupy more real-estate on desktop than necessary even in Outlook.
It's as fast as my old one.
Lighter
Can draw better when folded wish the pen would stay in the unit like the galaxy phones.
I'm happy except for having to pop the mouse pad repetitively.
It worked wonderfully.
This one came with windows 11.
