Brother Refresh program used on MFC-L2820DW printe

This is a fine machine. My only complaint has to do with the Brother refresh program. Evidently, the program only works if the printer is hooked up to the computer wirelessly. I use a cord and wasn't able to sign up.

Perfect for me

This printer was a breeze to setup and even easier to use. I have never had even the slightest problem with wireless printing from PCs, iPads, or iPhones. Great quality and never a jam.

Top shelf performance at a good price

The Brother printers are simply the best. I've owned 3 (B&W toner models) of them over the years and always found them to perform perfectly, just as you'd expect. Great performance at a reasonable price just can't be beat.

Too many marketing emails

The machine works exactly as advertised but, the constant emails marketing your products is totally annoying. I've blocked them and send them directly to SPAM
