Won't stay online, don't buy

This is supposed to be a Wi-Fi printer, but it won't stay connected to my computer or network. Every time I go to use it it's off-line. I click troubleshooting and they want me to register for the 10,000 time. They also want me to install a bunch of their crappy software just to run a stupid printer

TERRIBLE on toner.

Goes through more toner than any printer I've ever seen. In 6 months we've spent 3-4x the printer's cost on toner. Our old HP's cartridge was the same price, with 10000+ page yield instead of the 3000 pages this cartridge produces.

Decent machine

Generally good machine. Speed and print quality is fine. Seems to go through toner faster than my previous Brother printer. I was concerned about how loud it might be after some other reviews but I do not find it particularly loud. I would recommend it as a good workhorse.

Be Aware of Hidden Print Jobs

Great but--- I had an HP printer before and somehow this printer had the old print in its system, and I had to ask copilot how to fix it. The HP printer is off my computer as well as no print jobs in queue. Therefore, with copilot's help I had to reset the printer to purge the files in it. So far now so good.
