I love the machine. I have a very old solid Singer Touch & Sew that I have used for years. Wanted a newer machine that could do more decorative stitches & have more modern features. Everything is great as I get to know the new machine. The only problem is the foot pedal DID NOT WORK. Start/stop button works and is cool, but I prefer sewing with the pedal. SINGER is sending me a new pedal.

I am so thrilled with this purchase. I bought this to replace my brother machine, which was a great machine with lots of options. This machine has fewer stitches programmed but it makes up for it by the ease of use and quality of the stitches. I’m not a professional, but I am an avid crafter. Setting up the machine took some patience and practice especially threading the needle which i still think is done by hand than by using the bonus feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
