Got to sew for 45 minutes and it quit called customer service have to ship it back will be 4-6 weeks before I get something back .what kind of customer service is this will pay the card off before I get to enjoy sewing .think before buying

I purchased this machine to start small projects and learn how to utilize additional stitches. It was extreamly easy to set up and get started right away. Threading is lightning fast and I have enjoyed starting my projects. I havent8used all the accessories, but I expect it will be easy to change out as it is easy to navigate this machine.

Had I known that this machine would be so difficult to thread I never would have bought it. The needle threader gets in the way and you cannot remove it. Also, the lighting on the machine is very poor. I can't wait to get back home and use my Viking.

While I had my old Singer machine for over 25 years and ran great, it was just time to get another. Of course they did not have the technology that they have now but the mechanical as well as the appearance is second to none. What I need is a good sewing machine table now, great job and hope for at least another 20 years of service.

I'm currently making face masks with my machine. I'm excited to see what all the different stitches look like. And to use feet that I have never used before. I love my Singer Patchwork sewing machine. This machine replaces my Singer heavy duty and my Brother Professional Runway computerized. I wore both of them out. I also bought the Singer Rolling Bag. It has a lot of pockets inside and out and very easy to pull.

I went into a store just to look at what machines the Store has available. I then seen this machine the Singer 7285Q. It is a smaller machine but can sew. I done a stitch out. This machine did not miss any stitches, The stitches were great, easy to sew with, plenty of different feet. Mostly is that what we can accomplish. It is a Wonderful Machine to have in your household Just incase that your other machine broken down. I enjoy working on the 7285Q. This machine makes it easy to learn to sew on. This is a Great Machine to have around when the older model breaks down.
I would recommend this to a friend!
