Initially, I loved this machine. It's quiet, has an even quilting stitch, and a long arm - ideal for quilting. Then, it leaked black oil all over my quilt, ruining two white pinwheel blocks. Definitely no need for so much oil on a sewing machine.
New to the sewing world and was looking for a good deal. This machine was an exceptional value and a great quality product. Really got me interested in sewing and i have been using it daily. I am beyond happy with the purchase. It also arrived a lot sooner than they advertised. I can see myself doing many projects and this product lasting for years to come.

This is a nice machine for the personal sewing I am doing. The variety of stitches is fun to decide which will look good on the fabric I want to work with.

Got to sew for 45 minutes and it quit called customer service have to ship it back will be 4-6 weeks before I get something back .what kind of customer service is this will pay the card off before I get to enjoy sewing .think before buying
I purchased this machine to start small projects and learn how to utilize additional stitches. It was extreamly easy to set up and get started right away. Threading is lightning fast and I have enjoyed starting my projects. I havent8used all the accessories, but I expect it will be easy to change out as it is easy to navigate this machine.

Had I known that this machine would be so difficult to thread I never would have bought it. The needle threader gets in the way and you cannot remove it. Also, the lighting on the machine is very poor. I can't wait to get back home and use my Viking.
