I use my machines mainly for piecing quilt fronts, but with the patchwork I have gotten into using the machine for quilting as well. Runs well, easy to use.

Great machine

I have had my patchwork for about 6 weeks now. I absolutely love it. I upgraded from a 40 year old Stylist and didn't realize they had changed so much but I like the improvements. The needle position stop switch is a great feature, along with the easy stitch selection. The semi self threading helps greatly too! I could go on for hours but just wanted everyone to know what a great machine this is!

I am still trying out this machine. I have difficulty using the automatic threader, as did my instructor and roommate. Otherwise it works well.

I have been Sewing for 25 years on a very basic singer machine. Out finally got to the point where I couldn't get a firm stitch. I reluctantly asked for a sewing machine for christmas and revived the patchwork singer. IABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.... LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! So many options and acaccessories. It took a while to use all the stuff but I was sewing the first day with ease. I would recommend this machine to anyone novice to expert. Nice job singer...

Awesome machine

I don't see where people say this machine leaks or has issues! I have had it for two months now and it works wonderful. Has a lot of stitch types, runs smoothly and never snags. The threader is a bit if a pain so it's faster to thread the needle yourself but other than that..a GREAT MACHINE. Totally happy!!

Love this machine. It's my first Singer and I'll never buy any other brand again. It is very easy to use, the instruction CD has a lot of useful information. I'm a quilter and this machine is perfect for that.

i received this for xmas from my husband/children, I love it, almost feel like I'm cheating instead of sewing. I have an old Kenmore from the 70's, I enjoy that machine as well, but this machine is great for quilting and the value of the extras that were included, just the xtra quilting feet made the cost of this machine a huge value. runs quiet, love the auto threader, wish the throat area was a tad deeper, but, great value, excellent machine!!!!!
