I have always loved singer, I have a quantumXL and two other singer sewing machines, one is fairly new and the other is very old with a fold up table to put it in, like a portable. It still sews beautifully, so my life with singer continues.

This is my fourth machine, third Singer, and probably my favorite. Everything was really quick to set up out of the box, the machine is very quiet, and perhaps my favorite thing is being able to control the maximum needle speed.

It's been almost 20 years since I bought a new sewing machine, and I found that this model was the best value for me with the type and amount of sewing that I do. I still have and will use my other older Singer machine, but I can't wait to try all the features that the new Patchwork machine offers. I've been sewing on it now for a few weeks, and I can't believe how even the simple feature of having the needle stop in the up or down position has simplified some of my sewing on tiny things like doll clothing.
