It's a great machine! I got it for my mom! The only thing that I would change is the option to get the manual printed. My mom is not super tech-y so it has been kinda hard for her to see it online

Very disappointing for a Singer. Possible I got the bad one of the lot, but the machine stopped working on second use. Appears to me to be a timing issue of some sort. Inexcusable for a brand new machine in my book.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I loved the machine when i first started using it and then something happened and the bobbin case kept popping off track and breaking the needle. I had to return the machine within a week.
