Love it, but the needle threader broke after a mon

I really like this machine. I highly recommend it. My ONLY issue is that the needle threader broke after about a month (and only using it twice instead of just threading it myself). Otherwise, a great machine and I would purchase it again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this 2 years ago. I failed to register the product, bad move on my part. I started using the machine in April 2020. It was amazing, until.....
The computer panel blew and no matter what stitch I chose it would only sew a zigzag stitch, the stitch I was using when it failed. Was told it would be better to buy another one than to get it fixed. From now on no computerized machines!!

I bought this after making @ 70 Covid Masks on my old machine. (30 year old Singer, it still worked, but it was getting tired) I LOVE this machine! Enough special stitches to have fun, but not drive me nuts. Drop in bobbin, needle threader, back stitch button, etc. I've made a ton of masks! Great deal from Singer website and with all the extras it came with, truly a great deal!

I love the ease of the threading the bobbin but only thong I don't like is when I got the foot feeder it clicks alot and was broken apart when I got it...but not sure if I can contact them to get a replacement. I have just been using it because I have to make masks...

I am a home sewer since I was a teenager, I sew simple patterns and crafts. This machine runs smooth, and has lots of extras. I havent used all of them yet, I'm hoping the embroidery and quilting feet it came with will work nicely. I would reccomend.

I would love to use this machine but it doesn't come with everything needed to use it you have to spend time calling and chasing down parts. No return phone calls or emails. Very frustrated.
