I love this machine so much I bought another one

I love to quilt and belong to a quilt guild. This machine is easy to carry to meetings when we are working on a project. I sewed on a Kenmore (made by Singer) for 25 years. This my second Singer. I tried to repair upholstery and it was too heavy for the machine. That is why I bought the second one which is great for regular fabric.

So far I am loving this machine, sews very nice stitches, the variety of feet is excellent. I just quilted a table runner stitching in the ditch using the feather stich. It looks great. I have not had it very long and have not had time to try thr free motion quilting but am anxious to try it

Error "E2" with machine.

I thought I was going to love the machine. My boyfriend bought it for me as an early Christmas gift. I opened the machine, set it up and started to fill the bobbin. The machine ran for approximately ten seconds, then beeped loudly and the screen read "E2". I can't get it to do anything else.

I have been using the machine for approximately 7 months without a problem. Then it quit sewing. A message popped up (E7). There is nothing in the manual about trouble Codes . The website has nothing about trouble codes. So I am on the eternal hold(over an hour and I am now #5) just I can ask what is E7. Very frustrating!
