I have used this machine to piece a quilt. The quarter inch foot works great for the seams. I am still getting getting used to threading this machine since it is so different than my old Singer. I also repaired a pocket on my father-in-law's shirt. It is very easy to change feet. I look forward to working more on my quilt and other projects.
Pros: Easy To Use, Versatile
I would recommend this to a friend!

This my 2nd macine like this. The first only lasted an hour or so... don't know why. This one is great so far! Haven't used all the features yet, but the ones I have are wonderful! The free arm is a plus as well. I am glad I bought it!
I am loving this sewing machine. I bought it to make masks when my old machine broke. I am now learning to quilt thanks to this machine. It is so easy and fun to use!
I purchased this machine because I am quilt maker and it has all of the features needed for my projects. So far I love it! It took me a while to understand the needle threader but when I did it is perfect! I am still learning about all the the other features, but it sews like a dream.

Great machine for basic quilting. Could use a better 1/4 inch piecing foot (I'm using the one off my old Janome machine). The one that came with the Singer "quilting" model is not much more than a straight seam foot. Very easy to set up and use.

The machine is great but the book I received doesn't give a whole lot of instruction on how to use the various settings. Guess I need to go back to sewing school.
