Nice size for roasting meats and veggies, but also works well for casseroles and lasagna. Browns and carmelizes well. Cleans up easily.

This is a perfect roasting pan...great quality and food always cooks evenly. Like that it's oven safe up to 500 degrees.

Love roasting my root veggies in this pan or using for gratins or pasta dishes. Cooks everything evenly and consistently. Nice sized handles to hold the dish to move from oven to table.

This roasting pan is beautiful in the graphite grey color. It goes for any time of the year. It is also a great roasting pan. The cast iron holds heat so well and browns beautifully.

If you need a small roasting pan this works great. it is heavy, being cast iron but this size will do well for a small roast, a casserole or a chicken. The handles are sturdy and flare enough from the body of the pan.

Great for all your casserole needs

This is a great roasting pan because it is of a couple of reasons. First, it's made out of cast iron so that it heats evenly and also retains heat very well so that when I take this from the oven to the table, the food stays hot for a long time. I also love that the sides of the pan are a little higher than most, so it keeps food in well. Lastly, I love that the handles are big and easy to hold.
