Works great but question long term durability

I bought this unit last winter but didn’t get a chance to use it until today. It was easy to set up. It’s quiet and did great at throwing snow. The issue I had was in regards to the metal wear pads on the bottom front. They are not slick at all and on my flat concrete driveway they would catch when you go to push forward like it’s digging into the concrete. It’s a pain and gets annoying really quick. Unfortunately all the weight gets put on those pads and they’re already pretty worn. I don’t think I’ll be able to get through one season without replacing them a few times…

We would like to assure you that there is no need to worry about replacement parts as we do our best to keep parts readily available long after items have been discontinued or the warranty period is over.

Great yard tool for shop and property. The backpack design keeps the stress off your arms when using the tool for extended periods of time. Trigger response is great, for when you need added air boost to move stubborn debris. The 5.0 Ah battery lasts much better than its predecessor. Great asset!

Quit

It started and quit after two feet of throwing snow. Tried again and quit again after two feet of throwing. Wouldn’t start again. Returned asap. I have also bought a tiller and lawn mower but won’t use them until spring 2022. I hope those are better as its winter in Minneapolis now….
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Compact and Efficient

I’ve had the blower for about 2 months and it’s easier than my gas blower. Battery lasts about 30 minutes depending on use. Great for flower beds and sidewalks. Don’t have to worry about a cord of filling with gas & oil.
