The first time I used the blower it worked great for about 7 minutes and then quit working. I have tried 2 different fully charged batteries and it still won't work. I may have just purchased a dud. I have tried contacting customer service several times but I am unable to get through to a live individual. Wasted 2 hours of my time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Have used a few times. Switched from gas blower (Hitachi) that died. Good power. The 4.0 amp hour battery seems decent for my 1/4 acre house, might think of buying another battery for fall clean up (we have a lot of trees). One Con is that’s it’s a bit heavier than my gas blower was.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! Once charged this blower has the ability to work for hours. It is easy to carry, (I’m a 74 yr old woman) has the air strength to loosen leaves embedded in rocks as well as gentle enough to blow bark back to landscaped area. I can’t think of ANYTHING that is not PERFECT, I even bought one for my son.

This thing is great - charges fast, lots of power, decent power usage, light. Unless i am out early and being semi-quiet, i dont really use without Turbo on.
Would recommend this over my 40V Kobalt blower.
