Mine was working great, until the string started coming out. Then in one swift moment it was gone and I can't seem to get it to stay in anymore. I suggest investing in additional spools also.

Sorry to hear of your experience. This string trimmer does not have replacement spools as it features our Load n' Go trimmer head for quick rewinding within seconds! This product may be rewound using a .080" trimmer line. You may view ours in the following links, however, you may also use line of this diameter found at your local hardware store.

Great tool with a boost button

I purchased the back pack tool only as I just purchased a 60V lawn mower. I love the back pack: you can detach the hose in one push and pull of a button to store. In boost mode it blows stronger than my backpack gasoline powered blower. The two 4.0 batteries are strong, last long enough to mow my 5 000 square feet property and blow the grass off the side walk and street. I still have 2 bars in one battery and 3 bars in the other after using both.

Powerful blower. Great for post mow clean-up. The turbo feature is handy for blowing out hedges and shrubs and cleaning sidewalks and driveways. Can't beat the convenience of the battery. Unlike my gas blower I can store this in the house (as opposed to the garage) for quick access when needed for small jobs (ie blowing pollen off deck furniture).
