Bought this size since it requires the same battery as my Greenworks trimmer and also the smaller size is better for my wife to handle. We can trim the flower beds and blow off the driveway and sidewalks on a single charge. Couldn't be happier
Bought this backpack blower to replace a gas backpack blower. I like that I can use the batteries I use with my mower, blower has more than enough power and no gas needed.
I bought the blower only (no battery) since i already had 60v 8amp hour batteries from my zero turn. The blower is extremely powerful. With my 8amp hour battery this thing lasts forever (even with me using the turbo button a lot) There is this odd half second delay after pressing the throttle lever (or whatever you want to call it) before the blower kicks on. Its no big deal, just something i noticed. I run five batteries in my zero turn and the one in this blower, and im able to cut my grass and blow the lawn three times before i ever need to recharge. very impressed with the battery life and overall power of greenworks. its nice not to deal with gas tools anymore
I bought this blower for my wife so she could keep court yard and patios cleaned off while I am recuperating from hip surgery. She loves that it last long enough to take care of the areas mentioned and more. If the debris doesn’t move, she hits the turbo and away goes the stubborn debris. It’s light weight and she can stay at low RPMs or crank it up. Not that she has run the battery down , but re-charges pretty quick. Very easy for her to insert battery and remove it from the charger and the blower unit. Pretty cool machine so far!!!!!!
Blower is excellent and trimmer is good. Wish I would of bought the 16” trimmer though. I have a larger yard in WV. So nice not having to mess with gas and oil. Easy to use and battery life is excellent. Weight is less than the old ball and I mean combustion engine. I would recommend Greenworks and also have a hedge trimmer which I love.
