I only ever buy Greenworks products. The blower is awesome… and was supposed to come with a free battery from a Fathers Day promo. When that didn’t arrive with the blower, I reached out to customer support and they had that out to me within a week. Great product and customer support.

Honestly the blower is very good, it's just louder than I thought it would be? One of the reasons I change from gas to electric what is noise mitigation.
