I would purchase again if it became necessary due to loss or theft. Seemingly the quality of this product will have it in my quiver for a long time.

Great Balance & Control

I love the various trigger to control the exact amount of pressure you need. and I love the included shoulder strap especially with the 5ah battery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] over all I like the product. It does a good jod for our 2-3' snows. What i don.t like is the fact the chute keeps falling off, even when installed correctly with the tabs fully ingaged

We recommend double-checking that the chute is fully seated and clicked into place, and that no snow or ice buildup is preventing proper engagement. If the chute continues to come off even when installed correctly, our support team would be happy to help inspect the issue and provide replacement parts if needed. Shuts Off

Bought this last and worked pretty good. This year it will only run for about 10 minutes and then shuts off. Bought a new battery thinking that might the problem. Nope, still shuts off in less than an inch of snow. It also will not work below 10 or 15 degrees. I don't recommend this snow blower. I will be looking for something that will last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It will do the job of a comparable-sized gas power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned and used this snowblower for about a year. It worked well on the small amounts of snow we've had, but we finally received a snowfall this past week that would fully test this machine's abilities - about 10"-12" of thick powder. It happily plowed right through the stuff, throwing it well out of the way, and cleared our fairly large driveway on just one battery charge. Now, I would HIGHLY recommend getting a second battery / charger combo, (they are not sold separately). With TWO fully charged batteries at the ready, I was able to plow our driveway thoroughly, plough our walks, clear the area in the street in front of our mailbox, and have enough charge left to plow the neighbor's driveway, at least enough to unbury their car in case of an emergency. I recharged and did a better job on that. This is my third Greenworks product - battery tiller, electric mower, battery snowblower, and I am really satisfied with the quality and durability of their products. So, if you have doubts whether this machine can do the job of a comparably-sized gas-powered blower, yes, it can - and you won't spend a half hour in the cold pulling a cord, trying to get a cold gas engine that hasn't been started in months up an running.
Pros: Convenient, Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Durable, Effective, Powerful

Snow blower that does not blow snow

I purchased a year ago to replace an old gas one. We had a snow fall recently and was finally ready to see this thing in action. However the second the blad touched snow it stopped. I moved the blower back started it up again and once again the moment it touch the snow it stopped. Changed battery and repeated the process once again it stopped the moment it touched the snow. We had light fluffy snow nothing heavy and only 8 Inches. This is a snow blower that does not remove snow.
