Full charged battery lasted 10 minutes w/o turbo

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received this blower today and so far very disappointed. I have other 60 volt batteries so I went with this blower because it would be compatible with the batteries I already have. A fully charged battery lasted only 10 minutes on normal blowing. Can't imagine how little it would last if I was on turbo. Oh and I did put in a second fully charged battery and again was lucky if I got 10 minutes run time. Can't get much done with it only lasting 10 minutes! I read it was suppose to last around 45 minutes if not using turbo, well I would of been happy had it lasted that long or even half that long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for the feedback. We are sorry to hear about your experience with this battery. Blower, run-times vary; based on blowers’ power setting, the amount of debris being moved, ambient temperature, and the battery's condition can also impact its runtime.
Blowers are considered a high-power draw application which means they do tend to drain the battery quite rapidly in comparison to some other tools, you mentioned you are getting 10 minutes running time while using low power. Please note, sing the turbo button drains the battery the fastest. Only use the turbo button when needed). We suggest ensuring the battery is fully charged and corrected connected to the battery compartment (you should hear a loud audible click once in place).
