Comes in a brown box, no greenworks box. Everything is open. It looks used and returns. It’s dirty, grip is ripped. Second time this has happened

Thank you for your feedback. As each tool uses a different amount of power, the run time of the battery will vary depending on the tool along with the load acting on the unit. Generally, you can expect to receive approximately 10-15 minutes on high speed in the blower, longer if used on a lower speed setting. It's worth noting, the higher the ampere-hour (AH) rating is on the battery, the longer the run time will be in comparison to a lower ampere-hour battery. I was always apprehensive of cordless lawn tools until I got the Greenworks blower. It has tons of power to handle the leaves and debris on our 1-acre yard. And the battery life longevity is great too! It usually outlasts me!
