No good

I bought 3 of these in a matter of a week and all 3 didn’t work. I put it together, I charged the battery fully put the battery in the machine and it wouldn’t start all three machines didn’t work. They’re crap.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To power on:
First press the safety switch button. While pressing the safety switch button with one hand, use your other hand to simultaneously pull the bail lever toward you. Once the machine powers on, release the safety switch button and proceed with operation. The snow thrower can only be started by pressing the safety switch button first, followed by squeezing the bail lever; reverse operation will not start the machine.
Please note, cold Weather Operation: Lithium Ion batteries can be safely used from temperatures ranging from -17 degrees to 45 degrees Celsius. NOTE: Do not store or charge battery outside. Battery must be charged and stored indoors prior to use of the snow thrower. Battery may not properly start if it’s temperatures is -17˚C or lower. If unit does not start remove battery from snow thrower. Place battery on charger and allow to charge for 10 minutes to allow battery to warm. Remove from charger and install in Snow thrower for use.

Just what I needed, warranty registration sucks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my snow blower and I have used it twice, on light snow so far. Works great, light weight, no fiddling around like the gas powered machine it replaced.
The only complaint is with warranty registration. I purchased online, and uploading my receipt was problematic, since I didn't receive one, only an order confirmation email that I couldn't upload.
I still don't know if registration was successful. I guess I'll find out if it breaks.

Great snow thrower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine was light and easy to assemble and use. Out of the box and in use after only 5 minutes. I already have a 60 volt mower, so the batteries were already here. I highly recommend this snow thrower.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW - was so excited to get this as a gift. Family member knew I had been searching for one. Although it was the end of the season - I fired it up and used it in the garage and during a break in our weather was able to go outside. I am so thrilled for Spring to arrive now. I noticed the battery did not last as long as promised. Disappointed that I will have to find and buy a second battery. This is the only reason I gave the performance and overall rating a 4. The unit is not too heavy for me either which was the goal.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great snow blower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this after my gas powered snow blower quit working. Had the 60 volt system in at my house, so this was a natural fit. Easy to put together and great to have it run with the push of a button. The lever to change the chute direction is great. Did some test passes on the snow still around, looks to be working fine. Recommend
