Ok so I have been hesitant to go the electric route for a few years. Well today was the last straw with my gas trimmer and blower. They both died in the middle of the yard work. I have been contemplating going electric and have been researching different brands, voltage, runtime and so on. I decided to pull the trigger today and got this blower. Got it home and put it together and with only one green bar on the battery display decided to try it out. This thing is no joke, out works my 2 stroke blower and so much lighter my son can even use it. Glad I jumped for this and no there is no looking back!
This is my first leaf blower, so I have nothing to compare it to. That said, it seems great. Very powerful, but easy to control so you can also use when a less-intense wind is desired. It's also light to carry.
Light weight and affordable, plenty of runtime for my home and I checked the 2.0 amp battery’s from my chainsaw will operate it but not as long as the 5 amp that comes with it nice product

I just purchased this Greenworks Pro 60-Volt Max Lithium Ion Brushless Cordless Electric Leaf Blower less than 5 Months ago & only used it about 7 to 8 times to this date of, 4/20/2020. It has been unexpectedly just shutting down & turning off on me while I am blowing & while it is on full power or extra power as if it is shorting out inside somewhere or the included Battery is already failing which may or could be causing this issue. I am unsure which of the Two it is or may be? Anyway, it's quite annoying when I am blowing around my Yard with this & have the power button held all the way down & this Leaf Blower just decides to suddenly turn off for no apparent reason. This is happening even with the Battery Charge Status showing a charge level of 3 out of 4. I am not happy that I am already experiencing problems like this one with this product & am most likely going to have to file for this product defect issue that I am experiencing in hopes that Greenworks can also experience what I have with it & repair or replace either the Blower itself or the Rechargeable Battery whichever it is that is causing the Blower to unexpectedly turn off on me at times while in use for no reason & for which it should not be doing being less than 6 Months used & used only 7 to 8 times so far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WOW, what a relief, no pulling cord and no excess noise. I finally got tired of pulling the cord, especially when it didn't want to start. Makes cleaning the drive and porch so much more pleasant. When the weedeater and mower die i guess i will add more Greenworks tools to the garage
Just bought this so won't comment on durability, but after first use I was extremely impressed with the power. I have a 40v Greenworks blower and it is definitely under-powered relative to my gas blower and it was relegated to my kids. My gas blower finally died so based on other reviews, I decided to try this 60v. So far so good and definitely measures up to the gas without all of the issues (starting, mixing gas, bogging down, etc.).
