The battery life is awful. It last about 10 minutes. It has lots of power but guess I will go buy a gas one now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there,
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the run time. If you are running the unit with a GreenWorks 60v 2.5Ah battery the run time is up to 30 minutes on low; up to 10-15 minutes on high, please note the run time is depending on the battery being used. To extend your run time, try using it on a lower speed when high speed is not a requirement as this unit does draw quite a bit of power on high, however, the run time can be extended by using it at a lower speed. Alternatively, additional batteries can be purchased to extend the run time. This unit is compatible with all 60V Greenworks batteries. The higher the ampere-hour (AH) rating is, the longer the run time will be. For further details, please submit an email using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757.

It hasn't snowed since I purchased, but it was easy to assemble and seems like it will do the job

Snow blower works great. Have a 100' X 24' driveway and 150' of sidewalk and the battery was still going strong after clearing 3" of snow.

Works great on lighter snow falls. The 12 inch snowfall I just got was a bit much, but it even managed that!

We have never had a blower with this much power and battery lasts for a good while. My wife blowed our garage out first with the blower and not only blowed garage out but blowed my tools off the pegboard.

Battery Power

I've had for several months now and finally got to see what it's made of. We just had our first snow of 3" and it preformed very good much lighter than the old 2 stage I did have Last year. Threw snow far enough for me and the turret is easy to operate along with the weight of the unit makes it a 5 star. Can't wait to see how it works out in deeper snow. Dual batteries works great. I purchased 2 of the 5.0 amp batteries and only used one after blowing for almost an hour and it switched automatically to second battery to finish up.

Blower has lots of power and handles my needs perfectly. The battery length is good and overall it’s light weight and balanced well. Very pleased with my purchase.
