The only complaint I have is the battery is already dead it won’t charge on the charger. I just purchased these products and I shouldn’t have battery problems already

Got this leaf blower about a month ago and am very impressed. Have not used it on heavy piles of autumn leaves yet but -- given its performance to date -- I'm pretty confident it will do the job. At full throttle, it appears to have plenty of power. However, I am particularly impressed by the cruise control lever and variable speed switch. It allows me to finely and easily adjust the power; about one-third to one-half power is enough to clean my patio and light debris under trees. Plus, at lower power it is very quiet; no concern about disturbing my neighbors. Which means that, so far, I have used this blower a lot more than my old corded blower. And, I haven't even needed to use the turbo button yet. Very pleased with this product!

We love our new "Green Works" tools. The old gas and mixed gas tools are gone for good. The quality and performance of our new string trimmer is far better than anticipated. The blower is much better than our old mixed gas model. Battery and charger are excellent with durability that beat our best estimations. Can freely and willingly recommend these "Green Works" tools to anyone.
I am very excited about this leaf blower! My previous was electric and I had to move the cord all over the house. Now with this blower, I am able to roam freely. And I wanted something that had a lot of power and this meets the demands of my yard. Each year I get pummeled with leaves, and this is a great tool to handle the work. I am easily able to clear my flower beds and use it to clear out my garage of leaves very quickly with just plugging in the battery. Thank you Greenworks for a great product!
Great product except I have tried 3 different time to get the pre strung line replacementd and they have all been wrong. Even though I went thru a real person @ company the last time. Then I gave up due to winter. Now need again. Can anyone help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Dtr for father,
Sorry to hear of the troubles you have experienced. This string trimmer does not have replacement pre-wound spools. It is designed to be rewound using 0.080" (2 mm) trimmer line. There are two methods in which the trimmer line can be replaced. You will need approximately 15' of trimmer line at .080" inches in diameter. For the first method: Note the hash mark on the knob and the hash mark on the spool cover, while holding the spool cover in place with one hand , turn the knob until the hash mark line up with the hash mark on the spool cover. Then take the trimmer line and feed it through one of the holes in the side of the head until there is an even amount on both sides. Then wind the line into the spool by turning the knob clockwise. If you wish to readjust the line or if the line has been wound too short, push down on the knob and wind it counterclockwise. Be sure to leave about 5 inches of slack on each side of the spool. Second method: Remove the spool cover by simultaneously pushing the two tabs located on side of the spool cover. The cover should spring off, lift the spool out and feed line through hole in the center of the spool until you get an even amount of line on each side. Put the spool back in the trimmer head, making sure that both sides of the line go back into the grooves in the trimmer head, continue to hold the spool in place. Take the spool cover and put it back onto the trimmer, using both hands press down firmly to ensure that the taps lock into place, you can now rotate the knob on the spool clockwise to rewind the line back in making sure to leave the 5 inches of line on each side of the spool.
