It doesn’t work
Brand new. Ran for two minutes and 2 inches of powdered snow and then stopped took battery out put in another Green Works product it worked perfectly fine clearly it’s the snowblower that has a problem as other reviews have stated

We are sorry to hear of the experience you have had while using this snow blower. If the battery is stored and charged inside it should work okay. If the ambient temperature inside the battery falls below -17 then it would need to be brought back inside to warm but if you have taking a charged battery straight out of the house, into the snow thrower and clearing the snow then the ambient temperature inside the battery should remain inside the optimal range.

Pro 60V snowblower blew right through 8" of heavy snow

I bought the Pro 60V mower, blower and string trimmer this past spring. I love them all, so it only made sense to try the snowblower. After receiving it a couple weeks ago, I've been patiently awaiting some snow. Careful what you wish for. We're in the midst of a 3 day long storm where there's a chance of 20+ inches. I used it last night on about 2" and it was fantastic. I just came in from round 2 and it did a very good job on about 8" of heavy snow. The only problem I had was where I had blown snow on top of the 8". The unit kept shutting down in those areas. Overall, I'm impressed with the snowblowers capabilities. I am glad I purchased it and look forward to many years of gas free snow removal.

Awesome equipment

I bought the snowblower early October 2020. I first used it early December 2020, and it worked well. I use it January 29 and the 28th and the snowblower work for phenomenon. I would recommend this product to anyone. But no I have the snowblower, the leaf blower, the trimmer, and the chainsaw. I love these products.
