This snow blower got it maiden voyage into 8 inches of fresh snow, the first of our season. It performed great! It easily cleared our driveway, sidewalk and patio, and our neighbor's driveway and sidewalk. It did bog down in very heavy, wet snow at the street, so I recommend avoiding the snow plow's dregs,. But otherwise, it was a champ. I'm glad to have it, and I highly recommend it.
Great blower. Does a fantastic job and battery last a long time. I have owned electric before but these new ones beat gas hands down. I was so impressed I bought a string trimmer which also works great.
By far the best purchase I have ever made! Quick and easy assembly and even faster start-up. We got 6 inches of heavy snow two days after I purchased it. It started up fast and got the job done in record time. I have a corner house and one battery lasted for everything. Then the second battery kicked in seamlessly! Now, excited for more snow to come!
It was awful. I had to switch to a shuffle to finish the job. It’s just not design to move heavy snow. Only the soft powdery snow. But that not that’s not always an option. Seldom is. Greenworks? Not really.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works great for light snow but it is not worth it for heavy snow. Continues to get clogged. Battery lasts about 45 min. So you may want to buy an extra battery. Nice feature is it has lights on it and is lightweight.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello RIemtRN,
Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate to read that you are not overly satisfied with this product. When using any snow thrower on wet snow, there is a chance of clogging. Often, the reason for this is that the speed of the impeller causes wet snow/slush to freeze. For best use in heavy snow types, you will want to move less at once. Once a full pass has been completed, only move about a third of the width of the unit with each pass going forward. This will help with the load acting against the unit and should hopefully assist in a more enjoyable user experience. If you find that you are still experiencing an issue, please submit an email using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS).
