I tried the 24v. and was not at all satisfied with the performance. I'm glad I spent the additional $'s and got the 60v. It is a much strong machine in construction, performance, and function. It is true: "You only get what you pay for".
Not for a tall person over 6’2” Controls and handle are not ergonomic if you’re tall. Diverter works once you find the right angle. Ideal for powdery snow. Problematic with wet snow or deeper than 6 inches. Has potential, needs engineering upgrading.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Up on the mountain,
Thank you for your review. It is unfortunate to read that you are not overly satisfied with this product. When using any snow thrower on wet snow, there is a chance of clogging. Often, the reason for this is that the speed of the impeller causes wet snow/slush to freeze. For best use in heavy snow types, you will want to move less at once. Once a full pass has been completed, only move about a third of the width of the unit with each pass going forward. This will help with the load acting against the unit and should hopefully assist in a more enjoyable user experience. DO NOT be afraid to purchase a battery-powered snowblower! What an incredible machine, easy to assemble, up and running in 15 minutes! Devoured the snow on a 50 foot by 10 foot driveway on one charge! Naturally, wet, heavy snow consumes the battery much faster. Recommend having two batteries.

I purchased this type of snow blower about 16 months ago. It worked fine for me until a month ago. However, the front wear pads broke about a month ago. I contacted Greenwork Warranty Dept because it is still within Warranty time. The Customer Service was friendly. After I found the serial number and purchase receipt and sent the information to them, they said they did not have the parts in stock, but pointed me to another company to purchase the parts and then said they cannot cover the cost.
So far it’s exactly what we wanted. We live in Vermont and get a lot of snow. It’s very good at clearing our walks and even helped with part of the driveway (the rest gets plowed). The battery lasted much longer than I expected, over 35 minutes. I’ve only used it 3 times since I got it but it’s good so far.
