Life of Battery?

Very happy with this powerful blower. Pleased to not be adding fumes and loud engine noise to my neighborhood.
I’ve had this about 1 year now and thought the battery was no longer holding a full charge. Looks like it is actually overheating. Lasts 5-10 minutes before I need to switch to another battery. Can use it again in about 30 mins.

strong blower is good for grass clippings

Overall, recommended. The blower does move a decent amount of air and is much stronger than my previous blower (90 CFM sweeper). I use this blower only for getting cut grass off the driveway, sidewalk and gutter, and it does the job quickly.
I have had this blower for 2 weeks and I like the throttle-hold lever so I don't have to hold the trigger continuously, especially at the medium setting. The turbo button is also useful for added strength. My blower came with two-hole (wide) attachment but the single-hole attachment works best on grass clippings. The 5Ah battery is more than enough but it is possible to run it down by overblowing the grass at a high setting or turbo while being further away. I found it's best to use a medium setting and have the nozzle 1-2 feet away from the grass clippings, rather than use the highest setting or turbo with the nozzle 3-6 feet away from the clippings.
I have the mower and trimmer as well, and with the 4Ah and 5Ah batteries I am able to completely mow my front yard (~3,000 sq ft of grass), trim (about 400 linear feet along the driveway, sidewalk and house) and blow away the clippings. The blower is somewhat loud though quieter than an equivalent gas blower. There is high-pitched whine on turbo but I use earmuffs even for the mower and trimmer so it's not a problem (I have tinnitus which can be aggravated so I wear earmuffs whenever I'm using power tools for more than a few seconds).

It’s well balanced when a battery is installed, and produces a very strong air blast, with an amazingly stronger turbo mode. The controls are easy to access and those whole tool is great!
