Broken out of box. Horrible support.

I bought this a few weeks ago - it was defective out of the box. Greenworks wants me to pay for return shipping?!?!?!? Or take to a repair center. This is horrible support for a defective product. I expected better from Greenworks.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This blower has great features and even my 7 year old grand daughter loves to use it! Perfect adjunct to my Greenworks mower! I also have a Greenworks chainsaw and snow blower- 5 stars to all!
