Since I already had a couple of batteries for other 60v Greenworks tools, it was good to be able to buy just the blower, in which the other batteries work perfectly. The blower is effective, and the price on the manufacturer's website was competitive to the price on retailers' sites, plus better availability.

I've been using mine a couple times a week for the last 6 weeks or so. It's comfortable, lightweight and effective on both dry and wet leaves and debris...and it's fun to use. Controls are easy and the blower is relatively quiet. The 5mAh battery life is decent, providing about 30 minutes of continuous power. The area I'm clearing usually takes 40-50 minutes and I have a second battery (4mAh), so the 2 batteries provide plenty of power to get the job done. It's a really great tool, especially for the price. Highly recommend.

It blows leaves

It blows leaves across the yard. With skill you can blow them into a pile. Then your children can run through the pile and scatter the leaves, and you'll have to do it all over again.

I use this blower just to clear my driveway the battery does run out of life very quickly when running on turbo. Very disappointing seeing how big it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

To extend your run time, try using it on a lower speed when high speed is not a requirement as this unit does draw quite a bit of power on high, however, the run time can be extended by using it at a lower speed. Please note that blowers are considered a high-power draw application which means they do tend to drain the battery quite rapidly in comparison to some other tools. Alternatively additional batteries can be purchased to extend the run time. This unit is compatible with all 60V Greenworks batteries. It is worth noting, the higher the ampere-hour (AH) rating is, the longer the run time will be.
