I was really looking forward to liking this. Unfortunately, there are several design features that I can't stand: 1. Something about the way it's balanced wears my wrist out horribly. I think it's because the chute is so big and bulky. 2. The air inlets are on the sides of the machine, so when it is resting against my hip when in use (almost always), I'm literally cutting airflow by half. 3. "Turbo"? Really?! Just make 100% = 100%. Don't make me take another step and wear out my thumb just to get this thing to full power. The only reason Greenworks does this is so they can say the runtime is longer. It's a jerk move. 4. If they really must incorporate a "turbo" button, it shouldn't be operated by thumb, since this makes it more difficult to move the machine side to side (less hand strength/control). 5. The clip for the sling is in such a position that is smashes into my knuckles when using. 6. You can't aim this thing. Airflow is plentiful, but it just shoots stuff everywhere.

The blower is a great replacement for more handheld gas blower. It's every bit as powerful, even without using the turbo mode. No longer do I have to pull and pull the starter cord hoping it will start. Put the battery in, pull the trigger and go!
The power is great and it’s relatively quiet. But I have to stop work every 5 minutes to reconnect the tube. Waste of money when I have to hire someone to come do my cleanup. Not happy at all.

Hello denheels,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with the blower tubes. When attaching the tube make sure to align the grooves on the blower tube with the tabs on the connecting tube. Turning the blower tube in the direction of the slot until the tabs lock into position. Hoping this was maybe a misstep and will be able to correct with these instructions. Should you continue to experience an issue with the bower tube we urge you to contact our customer care using the customer contact page on our website or give us a call at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS), and we will be happy to assist with your concerns. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and look forward to making it right!
I had the opportunity to use my sister-in-law's Greenworks mower, trimmer and blower at her new home in Canada and loved them. Upon arriving at home I ordered the trimmer and blower. The blower is powerful and the velocity is easy to control. The trimmer is easy to handle. The 4 Ah battery provides plenty of time for my 1/8 acre lot. I would have bought the mower /too but already have a gas mower I like.
Great battery powered leaf blower that has as much power as my old gas powered blower. Only drawback is that it goes through batteries pretty fast when using turbo speed. Would definitely recommend this item to anyone looking for a new blower!
