Chain falls off, inefficient. Otherwise would be good

Chain falls off and can't be tightened enough. Rattle im the motor unit that arrived that way, a bit annoying.

New chains tend to stretch, the chain is correctly tensioned when there is no sag on the underside of the guide bar and when the chain is snug but can be turned by hand without binding. This saw is all I hoped it would be. It works as advertised. It cuts good, has plenty of power to clean up those trees you want to remove from your yard or clean up after a storm. No messing with fuel and pull cord. Just add chain oil into the oil compartment, pop in a battery, and you're good to go. The oil compartment is translucent too, so you can monitor your oil easily.

The chain came off after less than 20 minutes of use. It would not fit back on the blade properly. I called customer service and I was 52 in line and after holding almost 5 minutes I was still at 51. Can you please ask some someone to call me.

I am totally satisfied with the 10" pole saw. I would give it a 5-star rating. I am a first-time user of any type of pole saw.Directions for assembly and use are clearly written and easy to do. It is very light and powerful. I also have a GreenWorks leaf blower using the same 60 v battery which also has my 5-star rating.I went ahead and bought the battery and charger for the saw because of the interchangeability.I am 80 years old and not particularly strong but can still handle it because of the lighter battery.I may never buy another gasoline model tool of any type.. I am wondering how long the chain will last and where to buy a replacement.
