Tons of power!

I have a small farm and do occasional tree clearing and firewood. I love being able to grab this saw and go. Minimal maintenance , no gas, insant start and tons of power. This has become my go to saw.

So easy! I unpacked the box, grabbed a charged battery and cut down 2 large branches that were driving me nuts. The one branch was about 18" in diameter. I cut down one side a bit past half way, through the other side, returned to the first side and it was gone! Happy face and all that stuff. The other branch was about 15 feet up and was very long. I grabbed my ladder and put it off to the side almost 10 feet....and kissed it good bye! I may not use it daily but it saved me some big $$$$!

We have several Greenworks 60V tools and keep coming back for the excellent products. The batteries are interchangeable for our lawn mower, blower, hedge trimmer, and now chainsaw. This 60V 16" chainsaw gives great value and performance. The ease of operation gives us confidence to tackle new projects on the property.

So far it’s a great saw but it arrived without the battery and charger. It took more than a month to finally get it during which I had to write many emails. The communication on the status was very poor. I was ready to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau when it finally arrived. There was no communication that it had shipped. I think they have good products but the company is very poorly managed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our Greenworks cordless chainsaw. It's super powerful and perfect for cutting limbs around our wooded yard that are too big for pruners. The battery last long and takes about 30 mins to reacharge. And, it's great not having to burn fuel. Our neighbor saw me using it and immediately ordered one. We have a trimmer, edger and snowblower too.
