It takes a little getting used to, but I was feeling confident with it after 5 or so minutes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 73 and want safe operation and no hard start / gas hassle. My 18 ‘’ is light with the 4AH battery and lasts longer with my 8 AH battery. The chain is made by Oregon brand and the hardware is well made and is dependable and safe. Cuts well and easy to maintain. I would recommend this saw for anyone. Liked the fact I could buy the saw without battery/charger to save cash, as I have other 60V greenworks products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have multiple Greenworks tools in their 40V system, and love all of them, this was my first in the 60V power range. It was heavier than I expected, but I was very impressed by its power. It rips through trees like nobody’s business.
What keeps this from 5 stars is that the 8ah battery that came with it only gave me 30-40 mins of cutting before dying. With some 400+ cuts advertised and my experience with my 40 V chainsaw I was expecting 3-4x this amount of time.
I received another battery through warranty and will be trying that out soon, but it appears to be an older version without the Bluetooth connection option.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective, Powerful

I have 7 Greenworks tools have not had a disappointment yet.
