Got this 60V chainsaw two weeks ago and today I murdered some oak wood with it. Also killed some Ash logs as well. Now I have plenty of firewood for my awesome near smokeless firepit. Bring on the cool evenings!

I bought a 40 volt Greenworks chain saw for around home use, it did everything i wanted it to do, my gas chain saw went bad and i purchased the 60 volt Green works chain saw what a great buy cut down trees at the cabin up north did a fantastic job ,cannot say how please i am with this purchase and would recammend it to anyone asked about it.

I already have a greenworks pro weed trimmer and blower. I bought this as my small gas chainsaw needs to be worked on. The chainsaw works very well on smaller trees/logs around 6-8" or smaller. It has some great torque and cuts well. The break kills the chain very fast. This is great for some light cutting and is quick and easy. I did cut some larger logs 12" and larger. It does cut but it takes time and will definitely run the battery down quicker. I do like being able to charge and interchange the 60v battery with my other equipment.

Loads of trees in the yard means loads of branches to trim. The optional extension piece means you don't have to have the full 9' reach. Sometimes the 6' reach is preferred. The automatic oiler makes it easier to use and maintain.

Love the Green works family of tools , have not had any issues yet with my tools for over the year of use (weed eater/leaf blower/pole saw.)I use the 60 volt series on my 1 and a half acre property and they work well.(CONS) price points can be on the high side so if i do buy I will always wait for a sale. some items don't come with the Battery and must be bought alone.

Super convenient and safer to transport than a gas-powered chainsaw. Immediately read to use. Just top off the chain oil reservoir. Good battery life. The recharger automatically charges and then turns off when full. Nice!

got couple electric chainsaws in my jobsite. this one work good when it was working but most of the time it didn't wanna start even the battery was fully charged. the red triangle on the trigger just keep flashing...
