This chainsaw works better than expected!

I am very please with my Greenworks Chainsaw. The battery lasts a long time and the power of the chainsaw was surprising. It is much quieter than a gas powered chainsaw and lighter as well. I was surprised how much power it has and easier cuts through trees and branches. I used this in my back yard to trim several trees. This is a great chainsaw .
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Durable, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
I would recommend this to a friend!

This saw is outstanding! Very powerful, well designed and easy to use. I never thought I'd trust an electric chainsaw, but this saw incredibly impressive. I've used chainsaws for years, and every season you don't know what issues you'll face. With this, it "starts" and cuts every time. The 20" bar is plenty long enough to work through most sized logs I'll every have to cut. The battery life is impressive, I was able to cut 1/2 cord with this, and since I already own a couple other 60V batteries, I can basically cut all day. Very happy and very pleased with this saw!
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful

Hey friends! I bought this to replace my previous combustion engine chainsaw. I live in the Pacific Northwest and have to do a lot of tree maintenance, so having a solid chainsaw ready to go, particularly in winter, is an absolute must. This unit was absolutely top of my list as I'm already in the battery ecosystem with my riding mower. So far I am quite pleased with the unit, with one small caveat: the chain it comes with is absolute garbage. I had to prune some ornamental pear that had fallen after our first heavy snow, nothing crazy, and this chain made it *maybe* through 5-7 cuts before it was dull. I'll be swapping it out for an Oregon equivalent, and would suggest new purchasers probably should just do that right out of the box if you want any longevity in the sharpness of your tool. Happy cutting!
Pros: Quiet, Powerful

Gave this to my husband for his birthday...he had been drooling over it. He has the trimmer, loves it and Greenworks has been awesome to work with over any issues. Its everything he was hoping for and a little more. We have other batteries for the trimmer so plenty of backup power here for the chainsaw though one battery lasts about the same time as his back anyhow. Ordered a couple of extra chains as he intends to give it lots of workout time.

Product was defective. Had to return it. Customer service was awesome, though.
Please note, I have purchased two more chainsaws from green Works and both of those turned out to be defective as well. Those were 80 V pros.

We live on 3/4 acres in Florida and have lots of trees on our property that grow amazingly fast. I got this pole saw to try and keep the trees in check and it has worked like a champ. It’s easy to handle and easily cuts through branches several inches thick. I get tired of cutting way before I have to change the battery. Great product and I highly recommend it.
