Oiler doesn't work

Good saw but auto oiler does not work effectively..Tried 30.weight not bar oil still no luck

Sorry to hear of the issue you are experiencing with this chainsaw. The oil reservoir has a sponge inside as a filter. Make sure to only use bar and chain oil. Check the cap to make sure the hole inside the cap is clear (if applicable). Try loosening the cap to loosen pressure and screw it back on. Run the unit 1-2 minutes before each use. Very pleased. This saw suits me. Very easy to start and operate. Good battery run time. Standard tools to adjust chain.
Performed well in the snow! Was able to harvest some nice pieces of small firewood.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Effective

One beast of a saw

I purchased the 20 inch chainsaw several weeks ago and have used it several times. I cannot believe how fast it cuts for a battery chainsaw. It chews through 12 to 18 inch logs very fast and does not bog down. The battery seems to last a long time before needing charged but I have not used it long enough to completely drain it. Overall it is an excellent chainsaw , my only complaint is the weight of the saw and battery as it is pretty heavy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not bad but not as good as gas powered

I changed from pull cord gas saws to this one after shoulder surgery. It’s excellent for small jobs. Very low hassle to use. However it lasted only for two cuts of a medium sized oak tree. Battery depleted in 20 minutes. This saw will not be useful for a forester. Okay for suburban yard work.
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Started with 12” chainsaw to help my husband with clean-up. He now uses mine opting to leave the heavy gas powered one unused! Time for a bigger one. Easy to use and gets the job done. Added to my snowblower, tiller, pruning saw, hedge trimmer, cordless vacuum, edger, leaf blower, two battery powered lawnmowers (got one as a replacement but the old one works fine so kept it anyway) and now looking at the hand tools….. Have yet to be disappointed!

Handy polesaw. I use an 8mah battery from my mower so I never have to recharge until I'm done.
I've cut through a lot of branches and the chain is still cutting like a champ. I think it helps save the chain that the length keeps me from pressing down but it still glides right through every limb.
The extension makes it super easy to reach high limbs and even cut through big piles of smaller diameter limbs. My new house came with a very large pile against the shed that was quick to make manageable for the burn pile since I couldn't burn it where it was.
Obviously the extra length makes it a little wobbly and awkward for older people like me while raising it to the branch but once you've got it up there it's great.
I've cut through a lot of branches and the chain is still cutting like a champ. I think it helps save the chain that the length keeps me from pressing down but it still glides right through every limb.

Easy. Solid. Fast.

This is the Best chainsaw! I am 54 years old with nerve damage to my dominant hand yet I can cut with this chainsaw for hours.
Smooth. Easy one handed operation.
Satisfying and fun. Sounds weird but I really enjoy cutting with this chainsaw.
Lots of cutting. I use the 8mah batteries from my mower for less changing because I'm cutting decent sized logs.
The licensed, bonded, experienced tree man felling the big 42" diameter stump complimented my chainsaw while I was zipping through branch cleanup. That's a good feeling.
Some of the logs pictured were done with a gas saw until the pull string broke. I will never have that problem.
The only thing that would make me happier is a 24" bar and chain because I think it could power it.

Very good battery chainsaw

This chainsaw has been very good so far, has plenty of power and cuts through everything my 59.8cc gas chainsaw does. This saw is quite abit better than my greenworks CS60L252 or CS60L4R3 having a 3.2kw motor vs just a 2kw motor in the other 2, meaning it doesn't bog down hardly ever but it is twice the price of my other greenworks chainsaws.
The downside side is batteries can overheat if using continually on large cuts causing the saw to shut off and it takes about three 8.0 ah batteries to have the same cut time as one tank of gas in my 59.8cc chainsaw. However this greenworks chainsaw is quiet, no exhaust fumes and easy to keep in my suv with no gas vapors, so for trees 24" in diameter or less, this saw is the way to go. Now if it had a holder on the handle for the chain tensioning/bar removal tool like my other greenworks chainsaws then it would be nearly perfect for me.
