Perfect for my needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery is bad you only get about 15 to 20 minutes you said of it they say a hundred cuts I've had this for about 6 months The battery is poor you only get about 15 to 20 cuts and once it gets down to about two on the battery the little green lights1 The chain stops I would not say this is a great product. Then you have to push the button to cut a little bit more then it cuts out after about 15 seconds needs a different battery I think for your product. I've had other machines that work better and if this is a 60 volt battery it said last longer than 15-20 minutes of cutting. I have never gotten 100 cuts out of this battery sad product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The one disadvantage to this saw is the chain tightener located under the bar, hard to get to and seems fragile. Over all the saw seems worth the money. I do like the angle of the bar, makes cutting easier.

The oil reservoir has a sponge inside as a filter. Make sure to only use bar and chain oil. Check the cap to make sure the hole inside the cap is clear (if applicable). Try loosening the cap to loosen pressure and turn the oil cap clockwise and press the tab down to close. Run the unit 1-2 minutes before each use. The whole oil tank will last for approximately 20- 40 minutes.
Please use only bar and chain oil. Do not use dirty, used or contaminated oil. Damage can occur to the bar or chain.
We have shared our chainsaw and operation guide. Videos included are not a substitute for reading the operator manual. For more detailed instructions and safety warnings consult the operator manual provided.
