Cuts through hardwood just like a 42cc gas saw if not better. Good design and seems well constructed. Don't expect a very long runtime if the bar is fully buried in hardwood. Maybe 15 minutes on a 4ah. But even a gas saw would need refilled shortly after that.

This is so easy to use - start/stop/pause, etc. Seems as powerful as my gas chainsaw although I did not get to see how long the battery will hold up as I only cut a couple trees.

I had a 16" Pro 60V chainsaw for a few years and upgraded to the 18" chainsaw. The difference is dramatic, especially the new battery. I was happy with the 16" chainsaw, but I'm totally thrilled with the 18" saw and the improvements that Greenworks made.

lasted longer than expected. I was able to cut down 3 trees, all about 12-14 inches. And cut them up for firewood.

The saw arrived in great shape and the battery and charger worked as it should. The chain saw works and cuts awesome and great to be able to do things with out a cord. I would recomened this saw. The price is little high but you get what you pay for as the saying goes.

I was pleasantly amazed at how well this chainsaw cut through 15-inch tree logs. It was so much easier to just pick the unit up and start sawing then using my gas-powered chainsaw. One of my better purchases
