[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the CS60L 252 and was looking into an 18 inch bar. Saw this 18 inch kit in my Email and decided to get it & I'm glad I did. This saw is a beast. I'm cutting a large beechtree for firewood and am totally impressed with how fast it cuts and how long the battery lasts. Never thought I would go all electric but it's great not to worry about spilling gas to fill it and great to just pick it up and cut without throwing my shoulder out pulling a start cord. Going to do a full season's wood without mixing gas and oil. Really enjoy cutting wood again

Makes life so much easier

Never use a gas one again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it for Christmas but did not use it until April and it has no power. It will cut small limbs under 1” but that is it. Very sad purchase.
Pros: Quiet
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your Greenworks 60V chainsaw struggles to cut limbs larger than 1", the issue is likely with the chain, guide bar, or battery.
Ensure the chain is sharp and properly tensioned If the chain tension is too loose or too tight, it can affect cutting performance. We have a video here showing how to tension the chain, you can watch it here ( https://youtu.be/WJOGDpSPzJM?t=77)
The guide bar is in good condition, a bent or worn guide bar can hinder the chain's ability to cut properly.
The battery is fully charged. A fully charged battery is essential for optimal performance. Ensure the battery is fully charged before use.
Additionally, check for debris or obstructions around the bar and chain that could interfere with cutting.

Has got what is needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to augment my other gas saws. I had a chance to use it in the neighborhood when a large tree in our park blocked the road. I took it there to see if it could handle it. It cut that tree with no problem. This saw is 60V and it is just another tool in my growing Greenwork family, mower, edger, saw, leaf blower,and edger. I am no tree hugger, but electric is so nice to have!
