Light weight but gets the job without dangerous startup for gas chainsaws

Great Value and Reliable Brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I NEVER thought that I would buy an electric lawn mower, muchless an electric lawn, pole saw, leaf blower, snow thrower, and now a chainsaw. But I have. And they're all Grenworks products. Like many people, I thought that these products weren't as capable as the gas powered machines and tools. Boy was I wrong. And each product that I purchased and used met or exceeded my expectations. All of the products are so quiet that I don't have to wear noise reducing headphones. I just pop the battery into the tool and I'm ready to go. I don't have to worry about getting gas, putting oil into the machine/changing the oil/or making sure I have oil in the house. The only thing that I have to do is make sure that the batteries are charged and I'm ready to go. When I saw that this kit was on sale and it included a rapid charger, a 60v 5a battery, and the chain saw itself, ordering the kit was a no brain: I looked up my user id and password and I was off to the races. Thank you Greenworks for making quality products.

Works great! Cuts fast,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pole-saw arrived today, charged battery and put it to work. Cuts limbs very fast. I need to get use to the balance but great saw for the price. Battery is interchangeable with the chain saw.

We do recommend using Greenworks 80V 2Ah battery, a larger batter will work without issue, a smaller batter is a preference for a power to weight ratio story, you may experience using a heavier battery is the added weight to the unit which may not be as comfortable to handle as a smaller battery. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty sweet. My saw wasn’t assembled and it took me a bit to figure that out because I’m not a natural, wish it came with bar and chain oil as well. Otherwise a great tool.
Pros: Cost-Saver, Easy to Use, Quiet, Effective, Powerful
