I have never used a chainsaw before but needed one for some light work. This chainsaw worked outstanding. Easy to start, easy to stop. Cuts very well. Beefy battery with a really sweet integral battery level indicator. The saw comes with a tool for all the adjustments you’d need to make. The oil does not come shipped with the saw, which would have disappointed me if I didn’t know in advance. I think that should be printed somewhere in the description and made very obvious. It’s not heavy, but it’s not light, but I don’t have anything to compare to with a gas chainsaw. After the end of my light work, it still had 80% battery left.

Purchase Bar and Chain oil before you purchase this. Don’t be like me and think it’s ready to use straight out of the box. ITS NOT ! I was all set to get some work done when it arrived but could not until I made a drive to Homedepot. I am a huge greenworks fan, but it not coming with oil is ridiculous.

Looks well made. Using around the house to cut branches. Plenty of power for 6 and 8 inch stuff. Have not used for larger yet.

I love this saw. I'm 60 years old. . and female. I take care of a 50 acre farm on my own, and this saw is a lifesaver. It's the perfect size, and cuts like a boss. I got it in a bind today and the chain came off; putting it back on was a breeze (although I put it on backwards first go). I would highly recommend this saw.

I was concerned that the 60v chainsaw would run out of energy leaving me waiting while it charged. I discovered that I ran out of gas before the chainsaw. This is perfect for the weekend warrior.

Absolutely love it. Lightweight, nicely balanced, very easy to use. The 16" blade cuts right through. The 60 watt battery lasts for about 20 minutes of solid cutting. Would highly recommend having multiple batteries on hand.

Works great for what I need it for. I like not having to use gas, it’s quiet, and it’ll drop some large diameter trees.
