I live in the woods in NC. I bought this chainsaw and am amazed at its power and the battery's longevity on a charge. So happy with this purchase. Wish I could get out there today, but it's raining. I wholeheartedly endorse this product!

surprisingly powerful

Thought I'd give this chainsaw a try as I've been very pleased with my other 3 60 volt tools. Had a 14" diameter tree trunk to cut back and was really impressed with the power this tool has. I made quick work of that trunk and a lot of limbs that dropped during a recent storm. It cuts equally if not better than my larger 18" gas powered chainsaw and I didn't have all the mess with the gas and cranking to start. Great product

I was skeptical about the claims it would have the same power as a gas saw so I was pleasantly surprised by the power it has. I've only used it once so far but love how much less it vibrates and how much quieter it is than my previous gas saws. And the fact you can just squeeze the trigger and don't have to struggle to start it is the best part. I'll never buy a gas powered tool again!!

Good saw so far

Had this saw for only a month; am enjoying it so far. It's lighter and less noisy than my 2-cycle gas saw, but has plenty of power. Battery life on a full charge is adequate, but don't think it lasts quite as long as a tank of gas in my gas saw.
I would recommend this to a friend!
