Hello Donna55
I am sorry to hear that the model 24352 leaf blower you purchased is not performing the way you had expected. These units are more recommended for smaller lots, ideal for cleaning debris and leaves off hard surface areas and patios. We would recommend checking out some of the how-to-videos here for assistance as to how to navigate the blower; https://www.youtube.com/user/greenworkstools/search?query=24352&spfreload=1
One thing to remember, it's the push power behind the air speed (MPH) that gets the job done.
If you still have unresolved issues and would like to discuss these issues further, please do not hesitate to contact us on info@greenworkstools.com or directly at 1-888-909-6757 (1-888-90WORKS) we have a very dedicated customer support team here to help you in any way we can.

I bought this maybe 6 months or so ago and like it. The only issue I have is that the battery doesn't last very long on high, but am used to it so I move a little faster around to get done before it dies. It's has enough power for what I need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor battery life

The battery only lasted 8-10 minutes when mostly on low speed. Box was sealed, so no one put an old battery in it. Returned unit for that reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
