[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best leaf blower we have ever owned. We use it every day in the summer and fall. Powerful blower. We have now added the 10” pole saw and look forward to using that too!

Disappointing
on November 19, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have other Greenworks products and have been happy with them. When we purchased the leaf blower, we expected the same quality product. However, after trying all of the suggestions and reading the FAQs, it does not perform as advertised. After a full charge of the battery, we can only use it for approximately 5 minutes on LOW. It says up to 20 minutes on high. This is not running it for 5 minutes straight either. We are blowing an area and then moving to another and still getting no more than 5 minutes. I don't know if we received a defective blower or if this product is just poor quality, but it is very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Jenn21.
Thank you for sharing your experience. A 5-minute runtime on the Greenworks 24V 320 CFM blower with a 2.0Ah battery is below what you should normally expect, as most users see closer to 10–20 minutes depending on how the blower is used. This may indicate an issue with the battery or the connection to the blower.
A few troubleshooting steps that can help:
Confirm the battery is fully charged: The charger should show a solid green light when ready.
Check the battery connection: Make sure the battery clicks firmly into place to ensure a secure fit.
Try another 24V battery if available: If you get normal runtime with a different battery, the original one may be defective.
Monitor for overheating: Batteries that get unusually hot during use may not perform properly.
If you are still experiencing a short runtime after these steps, please reach out to Greenworks support through Live Chat at greenworkstools.com or by calling 1-888-909-6757. We would be happy to help investigate further and review any warranty options available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great small tool for quick blower use. Wanted something light and quick to blow out the bird feeders before going to bed so the bears wouldn’t come and destroy yet another feeder. Works great and no bears so far! Disclaimer - NOT a bear repellent! 🤣
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Environmentally Safe, Effective, Powerful
