For this kit (1349002), the “up to 60 minutes” runtime is based on ideal, low-load conditions. Actual runtime can vary significantly depending on factors such as grass height/density, cutting height setting, terrain, and self-propel usage (if applicable). In typical residential mowing conditions, it is common to see shorter active mowing time, especially in thicker or taller grass.
To help maximize runtime, we recommend, mowing more frequently to avoid cutting overgrown grass. Raising the cutting height to reduce motor load. Ensuring the deck and blade are clean and free of buildup. Using a slower walking pace to reduce strain on the motor. Confirming batteries are fully charged and properly seated before use.
Greenworks 48V (24V x 2) 5.0Ah batteries generally takes 75 minutes to fully charge when using a Greenworks dual-port rapid charger. Charge times of approximately 2–2.5 hours are expected depending on battery temperature and charge level.
