[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this product for some time now and it’s been great! The mower is lightweight and easy to use, the weed eater slices like butter, and the leaf blower is the best I’ve ever owned!

Unusable Battery Life

Fresh out of the box not even able to cut my lawn for 15 minutes until it runs out of battery. Just enough to make you mad that you started to begin with and your yard looks worse than if you hadn’t done anything. I can only imagine the 5 Star reviews are bot reviews or people living in Barbie’s dream house sized mowing areas. Truth be told it’s a waste of money and even getting a second set of batteries won’t solve the problem as the charging time VASTLY outweighs the run time. Will be looking to return

The 48v self-propelled lawn mower cuts up to 1/2 acre when using the (2) fully charged 5Ah batteries (included). The maximum advertised run time is based on no load. It is important to recognize that the Runtimes can vary depending on a few factors, including but not limited to if the self-propel feature is used throughout the entire cut, grass texture and consistency, cutting height, and lawn size. Please note, users must use (2) fully charged Greenworks 24V battery packs. Do not use battery packs other than Greenworks 24V. Ensure both batteries are charged 100%. If each battery has a different charge state, the run-time of the machine is subject to the lowest powered battery (For example: one battery is charged 100%, and the other is charged 50%, the unit will only run until the 50% battery is depleted). When using (2) batteries with different amp hours (Ah), the machine will run until the lower (Ah) battery is depleted. . [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a lot of looking around for a yard set that would fit my needs and I settled on this set.
It fits my needs and price point as I have only a small front yard.
Ordered and received them kit as promissed. It was packaged nicely. Assembly was fairly straight forward.
Took a bit to charge up both batteries. Once done I got to mowing and I really liked the assist drive.
I was able to mow, trim & blow on one charge with enough left battery left to do it again before needing to recharge.
What I was paying a gardener this will pay its self off within the year.
I expect to get many years use out this.

Poor Runtime

We’ve used the mower 3 times and barely get through half of our small yard. Beware, up to 60 minutes run time, really means 20-30 minutes mowing and then waiting 2 1/2 hours for the batteries to charge. No option to return for dissatisfaction so I’m just out of luck. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Actual runtime can vary significantly depending on factors such as grass height/density, cutting height setting, terrain, and self-propel usage (if applicable). In typical residential mowing conditions, it is common to see shorter active mowing time, especially in thicker or taller grass.
To help maximize runtime, we recommend, mowing more frequently to avoid cutting overgrown grass. Raising the cutting height to reduce motor load. Ensuring the deck and blade are clean and free of buildup. Using a slower walking pace to reduce strain on the motor. Confirming batteries are fully charged and properly seated before use.
Greenworks 48V (24V x 2) 5.0Ah batteries generally takes 75 minutes to fully charge when using a Greenworks dual-port rapid charger. Charge times of approximately 2–2.5 hours are expected depending on battery temperature and charge level.

Love the power

Let me say this first, I have use other cordless leaf blowers, but they don't compare to the Greenworks blower. It well built and blows air much stronger than any other make that I have used. Also it has a button on top of the handle that increases the air power. The extra power button is what I use if I'm blowing heaver debris. The battery will last you long enough to complete the average yard. My yard is almost 1/4 of an acre and it recharges within 30 min or less according to the amount of battery used. I love this blower and I use it for every debris task around the home. Had mine for going on 2 years now. I are so have the weed eater\
