[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two uses, the water hose connector cracked and broken off. The connector was made of brittle plastic. I have not had time to call for a warranty replacement.

Attached the hose, set it on a patio chair with the hose attached and the hose coupler broke. Never had a chance to actually use it.
Disassembled to see if I could replace the plastic with a metal attachment. This is a proprietary piece. Not sure I can even find a part. Don't see replacements parts on the site. Think I just wasted my money. Why on earth is this piece made of plastic?

Hose connector broke off

Super disappointed this broke the first time I used it. The hose connector broke off the unit. It was working great for about five minutes. Not sure why the connector is made of plastic???

Unable to get parts for it

I've had this for almost a year now. The extension rod didn't hold up well and I tried to find a replacement, usually power washers you can buy replacement nozzles and wands. I contacted customer service since I didn't see a replacement online. They said they do not manufacture replacement rods. That's very unfortunate because I'm not able to use it anymore. I expected it to last longer than it did.
