Broke after 18 months

Broke within 18 months. No warranty coverage. Power spray is only barely adequate even when it was working. Great concept, but needs to be better built and stronger.

Bad design, bad quality. stay away

Only used it 3 times before the water intake connector broke. It looks like a common issue with this product design. I tried super gluing it but it still leaks badly rendering this pressure washer useless and paperweight. Stay far away from this poor design. I am normally a fan of greenworks. I have the leaf blower and air pump and was excited to add more to the family but this was a dud and im exploring other brands now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Attachment for Hose Sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hi there! So, twice now I have had the attachment that screws onto the hose get warped overtime. The black plastic starts to rub away and get in/on your hands when unscrewing.

Great features but poor water inlet design. I would love to give 5 stars!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All but one thing about this pressure washer is 100% spot on. The one problem is the plastic water inlet for the water hose is extremely pooooorly constructed. It cannot handle the weight of a water hose with or without water in it and easily breaks off. The water inlet needs to be factory molded into the wand housing and not factory glued on to the wand after its molded. I would love to give 5 stars..
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hose inlet broke immediately.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this sprayer (new, but unfortunately not from an “authorized retailer”) and it broke in the same spot everyone else’s did, within a minute, on the first use. I have three other Greenworks products and several batteries. I’m very happy with all of them. This sprayer however, has a serious design flaw. The plastic connector where the hose attaches is thin and VERY fragile. There is no reinforcement at the connector. There is no way to use the sprayer when the connector breaks. Do not buy this product.

Not well made

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several greenworks products, purchased for my son and mom as well. Happy so far with everything with the exception of this product. Nipples are made of plastic and easily broken. first one was with a normal garden hose. I took the blame a little for that one,didn't expect to break so easy, I bought a light weight expandable hose for the second one. Same thing happens, just not as bad. Then when for the short time it does work. Battery overheats very quickly in the hot weather. Not very happy with this product. I could go on but not really sure it matters.

For best performance, please note that batteries work only when the ambient temperature is between -10°C (14°F) and 40°C (104°F). If the battery itself is colder than -10°C (14°F) or hotter than 70°C (158°F), it won’t operate. Likewise, charging will not occur if the battery is below 5°C (41°F) or above 50°C (122°F). To help prevent overheating, we recommend avoiding use in temperatures above 40°C (104°F).
